An application for a building permit should be submitted
and accompanied by the following documents:

* 3 planning permits;
* 3 subdivision plan;
* 3 foundation plan;
* 3 site plans;
* 3 structural drawings
* 3 electrical plans;
* 3 plumbing plans;
