For the issuance of a business license:

To establish and operate a business as a limited liability company	Naf. 1550.00	US$ 870.79
To establish and operate a business not covered under (A)	Naf. 312.50	US$ 699.45
To act as director of a company having more than one director	Naf 625.00	US$347.25
To act as a director of a company having only one director	Naf.312.50	US$173.60
To change the nature of the business or its location	Naf 312.50	US$173.60
To start a branch, a suboffice or any other establishment from an Already existing Business on the island	Naf. 1250.00	US$694.45
To amend a previously granted license	Naf 312.50	US$173.60

To act as director with residency abroad	Naf 1250.00	US$694.45

In addition to the retribution mentioned under (A), a yearly assessment will be levied for having the license from the date the license is issued. The tariff for this yearly retribution will be equal to the amounts mentioned under (1) of this article. Note: E, G, and H are not yearly assessments. The payment of said retribution must be made within fourteen (14) days of the official notification for payment.
